What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must move out by February 5, 2023, and pay $7,359.10 plus $26.83 per day from January 17, 2023, until vacating. The Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting February 6, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
