What happened

The Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet its maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay $3,000 to the Board on or before October 7, 2022 for the rent for October 2022. The Tenants shall also pay all future rent payments to the Board on or before the due date until the applications are resolved.
