What happened
Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed NSF cheque charges and related administration charges.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,048.80 in rent arrears, $45 in NSF cheque charges, and $201 in application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 5, 2021, they will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
