What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed upon date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by July 6, 2021. The Tenants owe the Landlords $11,900 in rent arrears and $201 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by July 6, 2021, they will owe interest starting on that date.
