The Landlord shall pay the Tenant a rent abatement of $924.60, $250.00 for the time the Tenant spent cleaning up the rental unit, and $53.00 for the cost of filing the application. The Landlord shall pay the full amount owing by January 24, 2022, and if not, will owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
