What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to the Tenants denying the Landlords and their representatives access to the rental unit on several occasions, and interfering with the showing of the unit.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated as of February 1, 2022. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before February 12, 2022.
