What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside Order TSL-24266-21 is granted. Order TSL-24266-21 is set aside and replaced with a new order requiring the Tenant to pay full monthly rent on or before the 1st of each month from January 1, 2022 to December 1, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
