What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice of Termination.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $820, which represents the amount of rent owing up to August 31, 2020 and the application fee. The Tenant shall pay the amount owing and rent that comes due according to a specified payment schedule. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlords may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
