What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the unauthorized occupants, JOV and JV, who were the Tenant's ex-husband and son. The Tenant had vacated the unit on May 31, 2016, and the Landlord discovered the unauthorized occupancy at that time.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated as of September 20, 2016. The Unauthorized Occupants, JOV and JV, shall move out of the rental unit on or before September 20, 2016 and pay the Landlord $3,520.19 for use of the unit from May 31, 2016 to September 9, 2016, as well as $34.51 per day from September 10, 2016 until they vacate. They shall also pay the $170 application fee. If they do not pay the full amount by September 20, 2016, they will owe interest at 2% starting January 1, 1900.
