What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 29, 2024. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $9,000 in rent arrears and application filing costs. The Tenant shall also pay daily compensation of $56.71 from January 30, 2024 until the unit is vacated. If the unit is not vacated by February 29, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
