What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants gave notice to terminate the tenancy. The Tenants did not attend the hearing to challenge the Landlord's application.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before November 7, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 7, 2022, they will start to owe interest at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
