The tenancy is terminated effective September 19, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $795.57 plus $39.12 per day starting July 1, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 19, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
