What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet the Tenants' maintenance obligations under the Act or failed to comply with health, safety, and housing or maintenance standards.

The Landlord shall repair the yard by grading and seeding or laying sod. The Landlord shall pay the Tenants $750.00 as compensation for the failure to repair the yard and for the loss of the Tenants shed. The Landlord shall also pay the Tenants $45.00 for the cost of filing the application. The total amount the Landlord owes the Tenants is $795.00, which the Landlord shall pay by November 5, 2014.
