What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's actions that substantially interfered with the Landlords' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex, including leaving refuse and debris, installing a shed without a permit, and committing illegal acts.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 6, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,514.32 in reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and daily compensation of $24.66 from January 24, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by August 6, 2023, the Tenant will owe 5% annual interest on the outstanding balance.
