What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $7,886.00 by November 30, 2022. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay $7,578.05 plus $13.15 per day from November 8, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
