The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2022. The Tenant owes the Landlord $12,446.79, which includes rent arrears, NSF charges, and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 30, 2022, interest at 3% annually will start on December 1, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2022, the Landlord may file the order for enforcement.
