What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant making threats of harm to another tenant and cutting a hole in the partition wall of the garage.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by October 22, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 22, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
