What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $10,012.49 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by June 24, 2024. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $84.16 starting May 1, 2024 until the date the Tenant moves out.
