What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
