What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with other tenants' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex. The Landlord submitted evidence of noise, screaming, theft of packages, urination and spitting in the hallway by the Tenants.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2022. The Tenants must vacate the unit by March 12, 2022. The Tenants owe the Landlord $14,662.26, which includes compensation for use of the unit, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay by March 12, 2022, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
