What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenant as she allowed an unauthorized occupant, Matthew Thomson, to take possession of the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of August 21, 2020. The Unauthorized Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before August 21, 2020. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by August 21, 2020, then starting August 22, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (the Sheriff), so that the eviction may be enforced.
