What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by September 4, 2022, and pay $19,898.16 plus $83.84 per day from August 17, 2022, until move-out. The Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting September 5, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
