What happened

The ruling
The motion to set aside the previous eviction order is granted. The Tenant is ordered to pay the outstanding amount of $1,178.56 in installments by specific dates. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord may apply for a new eviction order. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the Landlord $354.72 for the non-refundable amount paid to enforce the previous eviction order.
