What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant has not paid $1,193.63 of the total rent the Tenant was required to pay for the period from April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,379.63 in arrears and ongoing rent by specified dates. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
