What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant was not present at the hearing, but the Landlord requested a payment plan.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,801.00 for rent arrears and costs in 6 installments from February 28, 2023 to July 15, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full as it comes due from March 2023 to July 28, 2023, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever is earlier. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
