What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord has collected or retained money illegally. The parties consented to the following order at the Case Management Hearing.

The ruling

The Landlord shall pay the Tenants $361.12 on April 22, 2021. If not paid on that date, the Landlord will owe 2% annual simple interest on any outstanding balance starting April 23, 2021. This order resolves all issues to date with respect to the tenancy.
