What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex by the Tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,172.93, plus $41.06 per day starting November 18, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. The Tenant must also pay the $201 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 28, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
