What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on July 27, 2021 with respect to application EAL-94593-21. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.
The ruling
Order EAL-97041-21, issued on August 20, 2021, is set aside and replaced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,646.00 in arrears of rent, with a payment plan of $500 per month from December 2021 to August 2022, and a final payment of $146 in September 2022. The Tenant shall also pay the lawful rent in full on or before the first of each month. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
