What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting April 1, 2023. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $121.64 per day for the use of the unit starting April 1, 2023 until the date the Tenant moves out. The Landlords shall apply the last month's rent deposit to the last month of the tenancy.
