What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to illegal acts committed by Tenant's sons, who are occupants of the rental unit. The Tenant's sons were found in possession of an illegal handgun and illegal drugs, including Xanax, marijuana, and psilocybin.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit by September 18, 2016. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4.37 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from September 8, 2016 until the Tenant moves out, as well as $170.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 18, 2016, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
