Tenants applied for orders determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally, and substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment. The ruling

The Tenants' T1 and T2 applications are granted in part. The Landlord must pay the Tenants $1,140.00, which includes a $400.00 refund for an illegal charge, $500.00 in general compensation, $190.00 for substantially interfering with the Tenants' reasonable enjoyment, and $50.00 for the Tenants' filing fee.
