What happened

The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants filed applications to determine if the Residential Tenancies Act applies, and to allege harassment, obstruction, illegal entry, and failure to meet maintenance obligations by the Landlords.
