The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,714.00 by November 30, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay $4,191.92 plus $21.11 per day from October 25, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
