What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective May 31, 2022, the date the Tenants moved out. The Tenants are ordered to pay $4,822.08 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, application filing fee, and NSF charges, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
