What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on December 30, 2019 with respect to application SOL-08868-19. The Tenants had reinstalled a chain link fence on the property without the Landlords' written consent, which constituted a serious breach of the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 19, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
