What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant obtained summary legal advice from Tenant Duty Counsel prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,092.46 in rent arrears and costs in installments, and continue paying the full monthly rent of $1,274.82. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
