What happened

The ruling

The Landlord may increase the rents charged by 2.58% for the unit, within the time period of August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020. This increase is in addition to the annual guideline. If the same Tenant remains in the unit after the expiration of the 15-year weighted useful life for capital expenditures, the rent will be reduced.
