What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 15, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $10,221 by March 31, 2023 or $10,766 by April 15, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $9,131 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by April 15, 2023.
