What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by March 10, 2023, and pay $1,446.05 plus $38.07 per day from February 16, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 11, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
