The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 2, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,586.89 plus $4.54 per day starting June 22, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 2, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $3,003.75 by June 30, 2021 or $3,141.75 by July 2, 2021.
