What happened
The Landlord and Tenants signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of April 30, 2021, but the Tenants did not move out by the termination date. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the previous order, alleging that the N11 notice was not properly explained to them at the time of signing.
The ruling
The previous order CEL-00565-21 is set aside. The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenants is terminated, and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 15, 2021. The Landlord shall continue to provide the services of a real estate agent to assist the Tenants in locating suitable alternative accommodation.
