The Tenants shall pay the $397.76 in three installments: $150.00 by August 1, 2022, $150.00 by September 1, 2022, and $97.76 by October 1, 2022. If the Tenants fail to comply with the payment conditions, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
