What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Landlords served a valid N4 Notice, and Tenants did not void the notice by paying the arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 2, 2021. Tenants must pay $23,875.26 to Landlords, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and application fee, less the rent deposit and interest. If Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 2, 2021, Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
