What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent, wilful damage to the rental unit and residential complex, committing an illegal act involving the production of an illegal drug, and seriously impairing the safety of other persons in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 19, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,251.00, which includes rent arrears up to June 30, 2021 and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 19, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement of the eviction.
