What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay $4,536.00 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to October 31, 2023 and the cost of filing the application. The Tenants shall make the payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
