What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 30, 2021 unless the Tenants pay $2,052.84 to void the eviction order. If the unit is not vacated by July 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Landlord is authorized to offset amounts from the rent deposit owed to the Tenants.
