What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by April 11, 2023, and pay $6,221.04 plus $18.08 per day from March 14, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting April 12, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
