The tenancy is terminated as of June 7, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $8,077.97 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by August 30, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
