The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 15, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated by May 15, 2023, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 15, 2023, they will owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
