What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. The Tenant must move out by July 31, 2022, if the order is not voided. The Tenant owes $6,124.61 to the Landlord, plus $30.41 per day from June 22, 2022, until move-out. If not paid by July 10, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually from July 11, 2022.
